2-Day Seven Lakes Adventure from Samarkand Duration: 2 days / 1 night Route: Samarkand → Panjakent → Seven Lakes → Samarkand Day 1: Samarkand – Panjakent – Seven Lakes Morning: 🚗 Pick-up from your hotel in Samarkand. Transfer to the Uzbek–Tajik border, meet your Tajik driver. En route: 🛍 Stop at Panjakent Bazaar to see local life and, if desired, buy fresh fruits/snacks for the trip. Midday: 🚘 Scenic drive through the mountains to the Seven Lakes region. Afternoon: 🏡 Check in at a cozy family-run guesthouse near the lakes. Evening (free time): – Optional walk around the first lakes, relax by the water. – Dinner at the guesthouse (own expense unless pre-arranged). Day 2: Seven Lakes – Samarkand Morning: 🥾 Free time for hiking up to the higher lakes and enjoying the mountain scenery. Late morning: Return to the guesthouse, check out. Midday: 🚘 Driver will pick you up and transfer back to Panjakent. Afternoon: Border crossing. Meet your Uzbek driver on the other side and transfer back to your Samarkand hotel.
