Itinerary
• 08:00 AM – Pick-up from your hotel in Samarkand by our Uzbek driver.
• 09:00 AM – Arrival at the Uzbek–Tajik Border. Cross the border on foot, which ensures a faster and smoother process than car inspection.
• 09:30 AM – After border crossing, meet your Tajik driver on the Tajik side.
• 10:00 AM – Arrival at Panjakent Bazaar. 40 min stop to explore the local market and observe daily life in the region.
• 10:40 AM – Begin the scenic drive to the Seven Lakes (Haft Kul), passing through picturesque mountain villages and valleys.
• 12:10 PM – Arrival at the 1st Lake – Nezhigon Continue your lake exploration with short scenic stops:
o 12:20 PM – Soya Lake
o 12:30 PM – Gushor Lake
o 12:40 PM – Nofin Lake (Traditional lunch time )
o 14:00 PM – Khurdak Lake
o 14:10 PM – Marguzor Lake
o 14:20 PM – 7th Lake – Hazorchashma
• 15:00 – 15:50 PM – Free time for walking or light hiking around Lake 7. Optional 4km hike from Lake 6 to 7 (400m elevation) is available for those interested.
• 16:00 PM – Depart from the lakes and begin return journey to the border.
• 17:00 PM – Arrival at the Uzbek–Tajik Border. Cross the border on foot and meet your Uzbek driver.
• 18:00 PM – Drop-off at your hotel in Samarkand.
