Experience the vibrant market atmosphere while selecting: Golden Uzbek carrots Premium-quality rice Fresh onions Locally sourced lamb or beef Traditional Uzbek spices Cooking oil Uzbek bread and fresh salads (All groceries are included in the tour package—no need to worry about extra costs!) 9:00 AM – Arrival at a Local Uzbek Home We head to a welcoming Uzbek home, where you’ll be introduced to the traditional way of preparing Uzbek plov. 9:15 AM – Hands-On Cooking Experience Get ready to cook! Under the guidance of an experienced Uzbek chef, you will: Prepare the ingredients – Peel and chop onions, julienne golden carrots, and cut the meat to perfection. Start the cooking process – Heat the traditional qozon (cauldron) and learn the art of layering ingredients for maximum flavor. Perfect your technique – Stir, season, and time everything just right to create the perfect plov. 11:30 AM – Feast with Locals Once the plov is ready, we gather around a dastarkhan (traditional table) to enjoy the meal alongside fresh salads, warm Uzbek bread, and fragrant green tea. Engage in conversations with locals and immerse yourself in authentic Uzbek hospitality. 12:30 PM – Return to Hotel After a delicious meal and an unforgettable cultural experience, we will drive you back to your hotel, leaving you with the skills to recreate plov at home.
